Privacy policy

How FlyBuffer handles planner inputs, analytics, advertising, consent choices and public-data services.

Planner inputs

FlyBuffer's core departure calculation runs in the browser. The service does not require an account to calculate a departure plan. Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields or feedback channels.

Analytics

FlyBuffer uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YTH8MJE11N) to understand aggregate site and product usage. Where consent is required, analytics storage is controlled by the applicable consent choice.

Session and interaction analytics

Microsoft Clarity (project ID yatj538r8g) may be used to understand interaction patterns such as clicks and scrolling. FlyBuffer is configured to load Clarity only after the required analytics/measurement consent signal.

Advertising

FlyBuffer uses Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-5070076210009776). Advertising may use cookies or other local storage where permitted and consented. Advertising choices for visitors covered by European consent requirements are managed through Google's Privacy & messaging consent platform.

Consent choices

Where required, visitors are shown controls for advertising and analytics choices. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through the privacy controls supplied by the consent platform.

Public data and external services

FlyBuffer combines public aviation and weather information with traveler-controlled inputs. Map tiles may be requested from OpenStreetMap infrastructure when airport maps are displayed. See About our data for source and freshness details.
